ANGI has announced October and November revenue growth: https://ir.iac.com/static-files/68ec826e-ecbc-4250-9710-bc0eccd5b33c 10% Y/Y in October and 14% Y/Y in November. Assuming less than 10% increase Y/Y in December, we can estimate about 10% overall growth, which would be 353M revenues. Total revenue growth would need to be 12% to go over 360M. It is very unlikely that revenues will fall below 330M.

Well, I think it will be around 370M: 1) it is extrapolation based on 2017-2019 years; 2) there is no reason why this trend should be disrupted. Global quarantine burdening economy and making more people unemployed, its causing them to turn to gig economy. So, more individuals or little companies will join Angi services. In other hand, because of unemployment and suffering business, peoples purchasing power dropping down, so they're forced to look for cheapest solutions.

Winter is not the best time for home improvement projects, so I think the 4th quarter will not be as good for the company as first three. Of course, there can be some emergencies where you need something to be fixed sooner than later, but everything less can wait. Moreover, with people staying at home because of a covid-19, everyone can try to be a handyman themselves.

Q4 revenue historically goes down 10%+. This would give about 350M of revenue. Even with Covid, the revenue is unlikely to go below 330M.

Narayanasamy, yes, that's what I said: they think that they are tech company, but they are not. It's a home services company, not internet services company.
